I am a trilingual full time agent with Remax Signature who has been listing and selling real estate in Chicagoland for over 20 years. I am fluent in English, Polish and Russian, and am licensed since 1983. I have closed millions in sales during 2008 and achieved a "Top Producer Award" from the association of Chicago Realtors.
My staff and I manage REO properties and provide full service to Asset Managers from beginning to the end. We will contact village / cities to resolve issues, sit evictions, secure the property after the eviction, and attend closing.
We work with numerous contractors to ensure best service and pricing for all necessary services, such as cleaning, snow removal, winterization, grass cuts, plumbing, electric, and rehabbing.

What Will We Do For You?

  Perform initial property inspection to determine occupancy.
  Secure windows and doors and change locks and clean out the property.
  Provide interior and exterior Broker's Price Opinions (BPO) in timely fashion
  Maintain property during vacancy including utilities, emergency board ups and repairs.
  Frequent property checks for both occupied and vacant properties.
  Collaborate with attorneys, lenders and agents once a deal comes together to insure timeliness.
